Using our large Brandt post-forming machine we can fabricate all common radius and edge profiles. We can fabricate very long sections thus reducing or eliminating the need for joins or seems.

Edge Profiles Include:

• 16mm & 25mm profiles
• 6mm & 10mm radius corners
• 1/2 & full wrap roll formed edges

The exposed ends can be finished square or with a flared profile (tapers in at the end where it meets the radius profile). Where two radius edges meet, the corner is finished flush with a flat 45 degree section.

'Geoform' Edges

This process is our specialty. Our Geoform machine gives us the ability to produce a curved edge with a full wrap profile. This includes panels with tapered width and profile. These tops can be fabricated at a lower cost compared with what traditionally could only be manufactured with a solid stone or acrylic material. We are currently the only manufacturer in South Australia that supplies the 'Geoform' panels.

How does laminating work?

We cut and shape a suitable substrate board to your specifications and then bond the laminate to the board. The edges are then carefully heated and shaped to profile.
